TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Effective Date: September 5, 2026
Welcome to Panda Squad Transportation. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Panda Squad Transportation website, mobile application, booking services, and transportation services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing our website, creating an account, requesting or scheduling a ride, or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
1. ABOUT PANDA SQUAD TRANSPORTATION
Panda Squad Transportation provides local and regional passenger transportation services, including scheduled and on-demand rides, airport transportation, work commutes, shopping trips, social transportation, and transportation to and from medical appointments.
Service availability may vary based on location, driver availability, vehicle availability, weather, traffic, road conditions, and other circumstances.
2. ELIGIBILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES
By booking or using Panda Squad Transportation, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into an agreement for transportation services.
Individuals booking transportation on behalf of another passenger are responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring that the passenger is aware of any applicable terms or ride requirements.
Additional restrictions may apply to minors or passengers requiring special assistance.
3. RIDE REQUESTS AND RESERVATIONS
Rides may be requested through Panda Squad Transportation's approved booking methods, including its mobile application, online booking system, telephone, or other authorized methods.
A ride request is not guaranteed until it has been accepted or confirmed.
Passengers are responsible for providing accurate information, including:
Pickup location;
Destination;
Requested pickup date and time;
Passenger contact information;
Number of passengers;
Any accessibility or special transportation needs; and
Any other information reasonably necessary to complete the ride.
Panda Squad Transportation is not responsible for delays or missed rides resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the passenger.
4. SCHEDULED RIDES
Passengers may schedule transportation in advance. While Panda Squad Transportation makes reasonable efforts to arrive at or near the requested pickup time, scheduled pickup times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, vehicle issues, previous passenger delays, emergencies, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect arrival times.
Passengers traveling to airports, appointments, work, events, or other time-sensitive destinations should schedule sufficient additional travel time.
5. FARES AND PAYMENT
Passengers agree to pay all applicable fares, fees, tolls, surcharges, waiting-time charges, cancellation fees, or other charges disclosed in connection with their ride.
Fare estimates, when provided, are estimates unless specifically identified as a guaranteed or fixed fare.
Fares may be affected by factors including distance, travel time, waiting time, route changes, additional stops, tolls, special requests, or changes made to the originally requested trip.
Payment may be processed through Panda Squad Transportation's authorized payment system or another payment method accepted by the company.
Passengers are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method when required.
6. CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS
Panda Squad Transportation understands that plans can change. Passengers should cancel scheduled rides as soon as possible when transportation is no longer required. The following cancellation and no-show fees may apply:
A passenger may be considered a no-show when the driver arrives at the confirmed pickup location, makes a reasonable attempt to contact or locate the passenger, and the passenger does not appear within the applicable waiting period.
Passengers are responsible for providing accurate pickup locations, contact information, dates and pickup times. If incorrect information prevents the driver from completing the scheduled pickup, the reservation may be treated as a late cancellation or no-show.
Any applicable cancellation or no-show fee may be charged to the payment method associated with the reservation, subject to applicable law.
7. PASSENGER RESPONSIBILITIES
Passengers are expected to behave safely and respectfully toward drivers, other passengers, vehicles, and property.
Passengers may not:
Threaten, harass, intimidate, or abuse a driver or another passenger;
Engage in violent, dangerous, unlawful, or disruptive behavior;
Damage or intentionally soil a vehicle;
Possess illegal substances or prohibited items;
Interfere with the driver's safe operation of the vehicle;
Request that a driver violate traffic or other laws; or
Engage in conduct that reasonably creates a safety risk.
Panda Squad Transportation and its drivers reserve the right to refuse or discontinue transportation when a passenger's conduct creates a safety concern, violates these Terms, or would require the driver to violate applicable law.
Passengers may be responsible for reasonable cleaning or damage costs resulting from their actions.
8. SEAT BELTS AND PASSENGER SAFETY
Passengers must comply with all applicable seat belt, child-restraint, and passenger safety laws.
The parent, guardian, or responsible adult traveling with a child is responsible for ensuring that any legally required child safety seat or restraint is available and properly used unless Panda Squad Transportation specifically agrees otherwise in advance.
Passengers must follow reasonable safety instructions provided by their driver.
9. MEDICAL-RELATED TRANSPORTATION
Panda Squad Transportation may provide transportation to and from doctors' offices, medical facilities, pharmacies, therapy appointments, and other healthcare-related destinations.
Unless specifically represented otherwise in writing, these services are non-emergency transportation services.
Panda Squad Transportation is not an ambulance service, emergency medical provider, or medical-care provider.
Passengers experiencing a medical emergency should call 911 or the appropriate emergency service rather than requesting transportation through Panda Squad Transportation.
Drivers are not responsible for providing medical treatment, medical monitoring, lifting assistance, medication administration, or other healthcare services unless specifically authorized, trained, and agreed to in advance.
Passengers should disclose mobility or accessibility requirements when scheduling a ride so Panda Squad Transportation can determine whether appropriate transportation can be provided.
10. AIRPORT AND TIME-SENSITIVE TRANSPORTATION
Panda Squad Transportation will make reasonable efforts to provide timely transportation but cannot guarantee that a passenger will arrive in time for a flight, appointment, meeting, work shift, event, connection, or other time-sensitive obligation.
Passengers are responsible for allowing adequate travel time for traffic, weather, security procedures, road conditions, and other potential delays.
11. SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS AND DELAYS
Transportation services may be delayed, modified, relocated, or cancelled because of circumstances including severe weather, unsafe road conditions, traffic incidents, vehicle problems, emergencies, governmental actions, driver availability, or other events outside Panda Squad Transportation's reasonable control.
Safety takes priority over scheduled arrival times.
12. PERSONAL PROPERTY
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.
Before leaving a vehicle, passengers should confirm that they have collected phones, wallets, luggage, medications, keys, bags, and other personal property.
Panda Squad Transportation will make reasonable efforts to assist passengers with recovering lost property but does not guarantee that lost or forgotten items will be located or returned.
13. SERVICE ANIMALS AND ANIMALS
Panda Squad Transportation will comply with applicable laws regarding service animals.
Passengers traveling with other animals should notify Panda Squad Transportation when scheduling transportation. Acceptance of non-service animals may depend on vehicle availability, carrier requirements, driver considerations, and other reasonable restrictions.
14. RIGHT TO REFUSE OR TERMINATE SERVICE
Panda Squad Transportation reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate transportation when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, suspected fraud, passenger misconduct, vehicle limitations, unsafe conditions, or violations of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms permits Panda Squad Transportation to refuse service in violation of applicable federal, state, or local anti-discrimination laws.

Marketing communications, where applicable, will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the choices made available to the recipient.
